to graduate in all three categories from the prestigious BMI Songwriters
Workshops conducted by Leland Hayward--producer of "South Pacific" "Gypsy" & "The Sound Of Music"
Ron has written songs for Sesame Street. He is also co-founder
and director of The Inter-Generational Hugga-Mugga-Jug-Band!
He was musical accompanist, studied and sang with the legendary
Singing Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, and composed English l
yrics for many of his universally beloved deeply soul-stirring melodies,
including "Return Again!
(Return To The Home Of Your Soul!)"
which has been sung and prayed and danced and recorded in Israel and all over the world.
He was also musical minister of New York's Interfaith Fellowship,
co-hosting weekly services with Swami Satchidananda, Reverend Jon Mundy and Rabbi Joseph Gelberman.
Has been performing for more than twenty years on stage, screen, tv & radio, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, churches, synagogues and ashrams.
